1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using PayCheck. ("the Service"), operated by PayCheck Pty Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Service.
The Service is designed for use by Australian financial advice practices, licensees, and authorised representatives for the purpose of tracking, reconciling, and reporting on insurance brokerage revenue.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
PayCheck. offers subscription plans ("Lite" and "Pro") billed on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
- Free Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to Pro features. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends.
- Billing: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the billing settings or Stripe customer portal.
- Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
4. Acceptable Use
